I transform outdoor spaces into havens of tranquility, creating gardens that make people feel good, sanctuaries that soothe and restore. My design service is rooted in understanding how to maximise the connection between nature and wellbeing. Whether it’s a community, public space or private garden, I specialise in crafting environments that don’t just look beautiful but also evoke feelings of positivity and restoration.

I’m passionate about spreading the joy of gardening to as many individuals as possible. This is why I bring hands-on gardening projects right to your community. Drawing upon my background in theatre, I bring a captivating and seasoned approach to presenting and public speaking. You might have already caught me sharing my horticultural passions on BBC Gardeners’ World, BBC News, Radio 5 Live, and LBC or on my popular social media channels where I champion the profound impact of gardening on wellbeing. I’m your go-to host; whether presenting captivating stages at RHS flower shows or moderating engaging panels on gardening and mental health.
Writing
I really enjoy sharing my personal journey and insights into the transformative influence nurturing plants can have on our mental health. My words have graced the pages of the national and international press including The New York Times, The Mirror and The Telegraph where I’ve delved into this empowering subject.
